SARC Annual Meeting 2020

Cancelled due to the pandemic situation.

The second annual SARC meeting will run together with the third ECATS (http://www.ecats-network.eu/) conference on “Making aviation environmentally sustainable” during 13^th-15^th of October 2020 in Gothenburg. The meeting will create a unique opportunity for young Swedish aeronautics researchers within NFFP to disseminate their work to a high-quality journal, compete for a research prize and take part of the most recent research on climate and the aviation.

Venue

Both the SARC meeting and the ECATS meeting will be held at Chalmerska Huset, Södra Hamngatan 11 in Göteborg.
The SARC meeting will run from lunch to lunch 13^th to 14^th of October and the ECATS meeting from of the 13^th  followed by two full conference days ending 15^th at 17.00.
The conference dinner will be held at Restaurant Imagine (top of Gothia Towers’ new third tower) on 13^th October, starting at 19:00.

• General session for National Aeronautics Programme (NFFP)

If you are an NFFP Ph.D. student and your topic does not fit into the any of the first seven categories, you are welcome to submit to the general NFFP session. Depending on your preference and the abstract evaluation process you may asked to present using a poster or to give an oral presentation. If you are a current Ph.D. student or if your degree is a maximum of three years old, you are automatically evaluated for the Ivar Isaksen young researchers award.
