We are also offering a dinner at Slottholmen for those who sign up before the 5th of May\, please keep in mind that dinner spots are limited. \nLocation and Directions\nThe event will be held at Västervik Airport (ESSW). \n\nBy car: A 15 minute drive from the central station to ESSW. There are plenty of free parking spaces available.\nBy bus: Take bus number 25 from “Västervik Station” towards “Gamlebygymnasiet.” Get off at “Mommehål”; from there\, it is a 15 min walk to the airport. The total travel time is approximately 25 minutes.\n\nAccommodations\nIf you don’t want to miss out on the fun during both days\, you can stay at one of the following recommended accommodations: \n\nVästervik Rum och Stugor: Comfortable and affordable rooms and cabins. Conveniently situated close to the airport (15 min walk).\nVästervik Resort: Offers various cabin options by the coast. Located about 15 minutes from the airport by car.\n\nEvent Programme\nThe full event schedule will be released as we approach the date. Attendees can look forward to company and team presentations across both days\, with flying scheduled as the weather allows.
